Real Food Chocolate Chip Cookies

There is something to be said about better ingredients. You get full faster so you don't over indulge in them and they also don't leave you feeling as bloated and bad the next day. Last night I was having major cravings and que all the emotions - thank you pregnancy... but I made these cookies and just let myself enjoy every bite. I hope you enjoy these too when you make them tonight. (haha) Seriously, though, add this recipe to your line up because they're so delicious.

Real Food Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 3 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup gluten-free dark chocolate chip
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F.
  • Combine all dry ingredients, leaving chocolate chips out.
  • In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
  • Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredient bowl slowly and whisk together quickly.
  • Fold the chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
  • Spoon a drop onto a silicone baking sheet, not too big or the cookies will bake together.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Transfer to cooling rack to let cool.

Enjoy, so yummy!
