My Clean Beauty Nighttime Routine: May 2019

Clean Beauty Nighttime Routine

I take washing my face in the evening very seriously.

That way I don't have to in the morning! Ha.

( I've linked where you can buy all of the products by just clicking
the name of the product throughout this post. )

step 1

Oil Cleanse

Majestically Made - With clean hands, I begin by massaging about a dime size of MM body butter across my faces in circular motion to break down the makeup and dirt. I get a small wash cloth wet with warm water and wipe off all of the body butter.

* This body butter can be used for so many things not just to take off your makeup and it will last you forever!

Use my code to save money on the body butter: WILDCROSBI

Biossance Cleansing Gel - I just started double cleansing last year. It's exactly as it sounds - wash your face twice! This face wash is rated all 1 but has potassium sorbet in it that is rated 3 on the think dirty app. In my book anything rated below a 3-4 is awesome. So, overall the ingredients are legit. A little goes a long way, you only need a dime size of this product. It does foam up and smells SO good!

step 2

Serums - I don't use every bottle every single night so please
don't be discouraged by all of them.

Hyaluronic Acid - great for moisturizing and sinks into the skin quickly since it's so thin. It's an extra layer of moisture and it's not expensive so I love adding this into my routine. I don't use this one under the next two serums because I want the other serums to really sink into my skin for their benefits.

Pick one:

1.) Mad Hippie Exfoliating Serum - this is my anti wrinkle savior!! ha. It has a ton of plant based acids and wonderfully SAFE ingredients in it. It also helps with damaged skin, discoloration and slothing off dead skin. I like to exfoliate the next morning after with this product. I like to use it alone after washing with a moisturizer after.

2.) Beauty Counter Overnight Resurfacing Peel - this one stings a little more than the mad hippie serum. I can't decide which one I like best which is why they are both listed. They are both great options for anti-wrinkle, discoloration and ridding dead skin over night. I also exfoliate after using this one.

Acure Brightening Facial Scrub - Here's the exfoliator that I love! It's a little abrasive so don't say I didn't warn you but it works! Exfoliate the next morning after using one of the plant based acids.

step 3

There's two options here because both are great options that I happen to have on hand. I usually just choose one depending on the night.

Pick one:

1.) Acure Night Creme - there's a slight smell to this one that is very clean. It dries down more matte than the beauty counter one. I like to use it with my tanning drops since it dries down more. Great price too!

2.) Beauty Counter Adaptive Moisture Lotion - This one has little to no scent in my opinion which I really like. This one is more hydrating then the Acure so I use it on the nights I need a little more hydration to my face. I also use this during the day too and it's great. One of my favorite products from Beauty Counter.

step 4

Eyes + Lips

last but not least...

Beauty Counter Rejuvenating Eye Cream - Don't forget your eye cream! The under eye area is so sensitive and thin so it's important to keep it hydrated which is why I apply it twice a day. Apply with your ring finger since it is the weakest finger on your hand. You don't want to swipe the product across your under eye area in a pulling motion- ALWAYS DAB OR TAP - that way you don't tug at the skin and stretch it out.

Eco Lips Peppermint Mongo Lips - the best way to hydrate your lips is to do it overnight. I LOVE this chapstick by Eco lips. Ingredients are on point, it smells amazing and feels so good on the lips. I'm wearing it above and it moisturizes so well!

I know this seems like a lot of steps but it's because I wanted to give a few options on products. Let me know what you end up trying and loving!
