Healthier Chocolate Cupcakes

These are an awesome substitute for traditional chocolate cupcakes. If you are wanting some chocolate but with less processed sugar and other not so great ingredients. Keep scrolling for the recipe.

Healthier Chocolate Cupcakes

10 Servings

Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil (when liquid)
5 eggs
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp sea salt

Recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all of the dry ingredients first. 
3. Then combine your wet ingredients together and slowly mix in the dry ingredients. Whisk all of the ingredients together well.
4. Pour a few drops of avocado oil or coconut oil to each silicone cupcake liner. Then pour your cupcake mix a little more than halfway.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or so.
