healthy dairy-free pancakes

slow Sunday mornings + pancakes☀️

Servings: 28 medium sized pancakes


1 cup almond milk
10 eggs or 2 cups of applesauce for my vegetarian friends
2.5 cups oatmeal 
4 bananas
1 cup almond or coconut flour 
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon 


1. Blend all wet ingredients first leaving out the bananas. 

2.Then blend in the dry ingredients. 

3.Once you have your batter, add bananas then cook. 

*I recommend cooking on a griddle and if you don't have one yet, it's basically the best $36ish bucks you can buy. Here's the link to the one we have, love and use all of the time! Set to 325 for this recipe!

This is a large batch that will last you a few days worth of breakfast! 
Top with fresh berries & honey!😋
