 Healthy Banana Bread


2 1/2 ripe bananas (the riper the bananas the more naturally sweet they will be)
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut nectar, maple syrup or honey
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 almond flour


Preheat oven to 325 F (165 C) and grease 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix the oil and coconut nectar together with whisk. Add eggs and mix well, then whisk mashed bananas and milk in. 

Add baking soda, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Mix well with whisk. Lastly combine the almond flour in once all ingredients have been mixed well together. 

Pop in the oven for 65 minutes. 

Eat and enjoy!
