Cinnamon Almond Oat Balls

Cinnamon Almond Oat Balls

Since I’m currently not doing the Keto diet or Whole 30. I allow myself to have oats and I made all the variations tonight. ☺️🙌🏼 But here’s one:

1 1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup chopped almonds 
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey

1/4 cup coconut flakes
1 tbsp cinnamon 

In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together well. Roll into balls. Mix the toppings together and roll the oat balls into the mixture. I like to put mine in the refrigerator and you can add an extra tsp of cinnamon if you like some spice 🌶
