Your toddler's favorite meatballs

It's the middle of July and we are experiencing crazy storms over here. Not complaining since it's cooling us down over in central Texas. Plans today: cook a little, play a lot and watch movies! I whipped these up today so we can have meals for the kids the rest of the week. My kiddos love anything they can dip into some yummy ketchup.

Store these in the freezer and they thaw out in 3-4 minutes.

Your toddler's favorite meatballs

2 lbs ground beef
1 cup applesauce
3/4 bread crumbs
2 tbsp oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp wild himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder

some ingredients I used

raw meatballs

cooked meatballs

Set oven to 350.

In a bowl mix all ingredients well. Coat cooking sheet with avocado or coconut oil. Roll meatballs a little smaller than a golfball. Make sure to roll them all the same size, to ensure they all cook the same.

Bake for 20 minutes, cool and eat.

Let me know how your toddler / baby / kids liked these.
We all thought they were super yummy.
